Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy excluding delivery, transaction, and service fees.
To be eligible for a return please follow the instructions below:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
- Your packing slip and appraisal received and any free gift included in your order must be included in your return. Let us know the reason for your return on the packing slip, so we can do our best to improve for next time!
- Ship your package insured for the full purchase price with required Adult Signature required on delivery to the address below:

Exchanges
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you can exchange your order for another product 30 days after you've received your order. Restocking fees may apply.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, excluding delivery, transaction, and service charges within 3 weeks of receiving your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Ineligible Returns or Exchanges
Items such as custom designed jewelry, ear piercing earrings, jewelry customized to customer's requirements are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
