Will USPS leave my package if nobody is there to sign for it?
Signature is required upon delivery of any package valued at $100 or more for your protection. USPS will attempt to deliver 3 business days in a row before returning the package to DiamondMarquise.com.
What could delay my order?
DiamondMarquise.com is committed to protecting our customer's personal and financial information from being used in a fraudulent manner. We take many precautions in verifying the security and privacy of all orders. For this reason, most items take a minimum of 1 to 2 full business days before being approved for shipment. Orders requiring non-standard ring sizing take up to 2 additional days to complete.
Once your item has left our distribution center, the shipping method you select during checkout will determine when your order will arrive.

All our orders are shipped from our New Jersey head office and they are shipped insured and registered to the customer. Acceptance signature is required on the receiving side.
In case you are not satisfied with our product please contact us either via email: Philip212@yahoo.com or by calling us at 1-201-503-1150 and obtaining a SAN (Service Authorization Number).
Do not return any product without the SAN number on the outside of the return package.
